Anyone will tell you that when you are paying someone for a service you want what you pay for if not more but nothing less. 

YOU MIGHT WANT TO RECONSIDER BEING A HOST IF:

Your children are out-of-control, your audience is deathly afraid of reptiles, you put the "hyper" child up front, teachers/counselors/leaders sit in the back of the room while the children sit on the floor, the adults are doing more talking during the show then the speaker, when the show begins the adults disappear (take a break), parents think it is cute to allow the infants/small children to approach the stage while speaker is holding a large snake, the show is constantly interrupted do to discipline problems, the show is held inside your home and you allow the family dog to roam around, you have a party at a local pizza place and forget to tell store management... stay tuned for more things you don't want to do as a host!

Just remember, your speaker is there to offer their services in educational-entertainment not to deal w/ group discipline.
